Will Johnson

Tenor Will Johnson first sang for Ivars Taurins as a member of the Ontario Youth Choir in 2000. After representing Ontario at the National Youth Choir of Canada in Edmonton, he continued his choral travels, representing Canada in America, Belgium, Italy, and Venezuela with the World Youth Choir. He has since performed with the Festival Choir in Stuttgart under the direction of Helmuth Rilling, the Toronto Mendelssohn Choir, Elora Festival Singers, Aradia Ensemble, and Opera Atelier, and more recently with Soundstreams. Will earned a BMus from the University of Toronto in Voice Performance and is thrilled to once again sing in the Tafelmusik Chamber Choir.
